KUALA PILAH

 Kuala Pilah is one over nine zone located in Negeri Sembilan’s state and also known as “pekan kecil”  In a research (2010) there are 66 ,668 people living in this zone which measured to be 109 ,039.58 hectare where 15.5% from Negeri Sembilan . It have 11 smaller zone in it (mukim) which is Langkap (9,664.65 hectare ) , Parit Tinggi (3,884.99 hect), Terachi (16,316.94 hect) , Ampang Tinggi (3,107.99 hect) , Seri Menanti ( 7,769.97 hect) , Johol (28,489 .90 hec), Ulu Jempol ( 10 , 100.96 hec) Juasseh (8,805.97 hect) , Kuala Pilah (3,625.99hec) and Kepis ( 9, 841.50hec) .

This area has been named after the junction of two branches near the first mosque of Kuala Pilah, the Tok Muar Mosque which forms a kuala. "The river bank is going to the left to the Pahang River and branches to the right to the Muar River and this is where the port is located rapidly with trading activity at that time."This port was once used by Arab and Persian merchants to sell spices while developing Islam in this area."Megat Sri Rama also lived here and he was said to have killed Sultan Mahmud Mangkat Dijulang who killed his wife because of a jackfruit before he resided in Ulu Seri Menanti," he said. According to Dr Mohd Rosli, a palace was erected during the reign of Yamtuan Antah, the sixth-largest Negeri Sembilan Yang di-Pertuan of Kampung Tanjung Jati."The palace was inhabited by Yamtuan Antah during his reign around 1876, but now looks sick and obsolete. However, some parts of this house are built with a unique design characterized by a unique castle symbolizing the magnifying identity."For example, this house uses an eighth pillar (eight pillars of pillars) and this design is synonymous with the government or the king."At that time, the castle was often used Penghulu Luak Ulu Muar to discuss with Yamtuan Antah. Yamtuan Antah is married to a girl from Luak Ulu Muar from this village, "he said.all the remains of the remains proved the existence of the Kuala Pilah Old Town and became the center of important administration at that time."I hope all these treasures are well-preserved and re-developed for attracting tourists here."If left behind, of course, the effect of this precious legacy is devastated by time and no history can be shown to a new generation," he said. .

Pekan Lama  Kuala Pilah was an important harbor in Kuala Pilah  . Kuala Pilah Harbor Port is ranked internationally . On the hillside which is now Syarikat Air Negeri Sembilan building , there was the location of the port , there are miners . The only remains history is the store for weapons and bullet Then they have mining activity and transport it using train .  Why there is The Lister Memorial? Back in the day 1901 it was built by Towkay Tung Yen as a memory of Martin Lister who unite the Negeri Sembilan in 1800’s over the conflict between chinese geng member . He is the first British Resident in Negeri Sembilan and unfortunately he has been killed by the enemies at the mountain near the Ulu Bendul . My personal recommendation for visiting Kuala Pilah  Visit their nature attraction , Hutan Lipur Ulu Bendul . Enjoy the natural stream , camping ,the Taman Ular Sawa and Taman Herba . No need to stay a day just couple of hour then you are done . If you like more adventurous activity you can try hiking the Gunung Angsi and don’t forget to try take a sip of the stream water because the rumors said that its is so good . Next is Hutan Lipur Jeram Tengkek , my hometown , not so good like in my childhood maybe because lack of maintenance . For historical visit you can visit Istana Seri Menanti . If you knew about it you are going to be stunt when you see the architectural value of the Istana Lama Seri Menanti . I have visited it once but I cant get in because they are renovating the Istana Lama . On the other side , I heard that this Istana is very haunted especially on the top level . My sister been there for a research every photograph of the tiger’s head replica that she took the photo is super blurred . Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus once has been said by  Almarhum Tuanku Abdul Rahman because  Kuala Pilah in his era Tuanku Abdul Rahman because of the research in Islam is so strong . Tradition (adat) is just a practice. Kuala Pilah is the heart of  Negeri Sembilan . Hulu Muar is the pulse of Negeri Sembilan , Based on China Manuscript , Kingdom of  Hulu Muar existed in the same era of Kingdom of Kedah Tua , Kingdom of Chih Tu and others. Kingdom of  Hulu Muar has been dominate in agricultural for paddy . In those days , fabric making industry has been studied from Arab and Persia which made up of tree's bark . Orang Negeri Sembilan mempunyai darah Orang Asal , Orang Asli , Jambi , Champar , Parsi , Arab dan Minangkabau abad 1 hingga 14 (tiada pengaruh Hindu Buddha) . Gerakan Kemelayuan Islam bermula daripada utara . Orang Melayu sudah merantau ke Afrika dan kemudian kesan daripada gerakan bumi orang Melayu bergerak ke Parsi dan Arab dan bergerak ke Alam Melayu yang digelar Pentas Sunda kerana bentuk muka buminya hanya tanah darat tiada laut kemudian berlaku gerakan bumi muncul lah ethnik2 dan suku kaum tertentu . Namun di Negeri Sembilan tiada aliran Hindu Buddha . ungka hitam duduk di atas gunung , siamang hitam duduk di atas gunung , ungka putih turun daripada gunung , siamang hitam turun daripada gunung . bermaksud orang yang asal duduk di Negeri Sembilan yang masih duduk di atas gunung ialah orang asli , yang duduk di pedalaman yang turun daripada gunung ialah orang Melayu Asal Negeri Sembilan . Maksud warna kuning bendera Negeri Sembilan ialah datang daripada tanah kembali pada tanah Songkok bukan budaya asal Melayu tapi ia dibawa dari India , Arab dan Parsi . Identiti Melayu sebenar ialah lilitan kain hitam di kepala seperti semukan yang di pakai oleh orang Kelantan . Pada abad ke 17 , Ulu Muar kaya sangat kaya dengan emas lalu berlaku pergerakan Minangkabaulism ke Rembau di dan berlabuh di Pertang .  Kawasan Rancangan Tempatan Daerah Kuala Pilah Peta Daerah Kuala Pilah Peta guna tanah percayalah susah nak dapat ni tau . aku call macam mdkp berdalih suh perhi pejabat tanah , pejabat tanah pun sama suruh pergi seremban suruh pergi pilah MDKP sebab memang ada kat dia copy n pejabat tanah . aku bawak surat kebenaran mcm2 aku tunjuk pakai baju uitm dengan tag macam bodoh je kene marah ' benda ni memang kami tak buat kami tak tau' aku cakap lah tapi ni pihak cik yang rancang dan luluskan pasti encik tau . macam haram dia halau balik gitu je . lastly seremban kesian bagi la maklumat tp xde scale ,  tak function pun tapi aku appreciate sebab layan aku baik . lepastu pergi balik kat MDKP pagi dengan ayah aku baru dia nk layan then dia suruh tunggu tengok dia makan . attitude apa ni ??  lepastu dia bagi pelan CAD sebab aku mintak softcopy tapi dia lock . hanat  md zkry lain kali tak payah bagi je terus . dah lah pelan tak update , pelan tak lengkap , hahahahahaha antara sebab tak bagi cuba check dlm peta kat ulu bendul sepatutnya tak boleh buat restoren sebab tak lulus tapi hahahaaa kedai tu maju sekarang . hahaha siapa punya kerja haaaa??? tu sebab dia lock sebab exhibition kitorang ramai architect , contractor , lecturer yg dtg .
